Apple Marinated Lamb

Wanted to give you a bit of a look into what I made tonight. We modified a Fannie Farmer Cookbook recipe, and added a few of our own touches to it, but all-in-all it turned out great, and we enjoyed a really tasty dish! 


Lamb marinated in an apple juice mix, adorned with red bell peppers and granny smith apple bits to the side.
